After spending many hours in the gym to lose body fat and now when it comes to taking a selfie, you get underconfident due to the fat on your face. and you feel like all your hard work was wasted and went in vain. Another reason behind feeling underconfident is that you can hide your body by wearing clothes but you can’t hide your face. and sometimes even the best makeup hacks don’t work. then you think what if there is something that can reduce the fat on your face immediately and you get disappointed because there is nothing that can reduce the fat on your face naturally except the exercise for face slimming.
There are 52 muscles in our face and all are just like other muscles in our body. these muscles also need some care and some regular exercise as we take care of the rest of our body.

- Place your middle and index fingers just above the brows and skin down.
- move your brows up and down and add tension with your fingers pushing it down.
- repeat the exercise 30 times.

#2. Double Chin Exercise:
- To perform this Facial Exercise just stand or sit in a position that is most comfortable for you. now look up at the ceiling of the room and gradually tilt your head to the neck.
- be in this position and try to touch the palate of your mouth. you may feel a bit of neck pain due to contraction in muscles.
- now bring your chin to its normal position.
- repeat this exercise in five-set with each lasting about 25-30 seconds hold.
this double chin problem we face is due to the muscle known as Platysma. this muscle makes the contact with your jawline to your shoulders. when this muscle loses, it leads to sagging skin on the neck. the above exercise for face slimming will make sure that they are back to tight. also, this face-slimming exercise will tone your neck, chin, and jaw.
#3. Cheek Squeeze:
pout faces and duck faces make your selfie cool but it can make your face so beautiful. how? ok, just try these steps as directed and you will say it’s too funny but very helpful.
- tilt your head to the back and chin forward but make sure your neck does not strain too much.
- now suck your cheeks inwards of your mouth and make a fish face as in the image.
- now come back to normal face and repeat 10-15 sets with five seconds of this funny ‘fish face’ in each round.

#4. Eye Toning Exercise:
- Put your middle fingers over the bridge of your nose in such a way that they meet between your eyebrows.
- Place your index fingers on the outer corners of your eyes. Basically, you just have to make two “Vs” over your eyes as shown in the image.
- Once you are done, press lightly on your skin with your fingers, look up and squint your lower eyelids. It should feel like you’re pulling them towards your upper lids.
- when you are doing this exercise as directed, you may feel the muscles of your outer eyes working.
- Now squeeze and relax your eyelids for 10times. Once you’re done with that, shut your eyes tightly and count to 40.
This exercise for face slimming helps to tighten your muscles around the eyes and gives it a natural lifted eye looks. Also, it helps to get rid of saggy drooping eyelids, which will “open up” the eyes for a more youthful look.
#5. Wink n’ Hold:
- wink your eyes one by one don’t worry if you can’t wink it just need to close your eye partially.
- hold the wink position for 2 seconds.
- when you wink your eye make sure that all your face muscles are contacting around the winking eye.
- now release slowly.
- repeat this 20-25 times a day.

#6. Lion Face:
This exercise is basically a yoga known as Simha mudra. this exercise stimulates and tones all the muscles in your face. so let’s give it a try.
- sit comfortably and place your palms on your thighs or knees.
- pressing the palms on the knees, be in this position, and inhale.
- now exhale with your widely opened mouth and roar like a lion. also, stretch your tongue outside as much as you can while exhaling.
- BE in this position for 20-30 seconds, breath normally, and then release.
#7. Chin lock:
This is also a yoga and known as Jalandhara Bandha. This exercise for face slimming will help to shape your face and tone down your facial jawline muscles.
- Sit in the lotus position and take a deep breath in.
- now, place your palms on your knees and lift up your shoulders and bend forward.
- bring your chin in between your collar bones and stick your chin firmly against your chest.
- Hold on to your breath as long as possible.
- Relax and then repeat the same.
